state sites + national hub

High-school football coverage is intensely local and almost never national. USA Prep Football sits at both scales at once: a national hub with a Top 25, historical rankings, a coaches directory, and dynasty-program data — and beneath it, a separate site for every state, each with its own rankings, champions, schedules, and season stats.

Every state site is the same platform templated per state — the engine simply knows what state it's in. The national hub links out to the live state sites; each state page links back to the hub and cross-links its siblings, all served behind Cloudflare so the whole network stays fast. The platform is templated for all 50 states; the ones live today are listed below.

"A per-state site isn't fifty projects. It's one platform that knows what state it's in."

It carries a real product surface too — a weekly newsletter and an ad-free subscription tier — on top of the editorial and data layer. The multi-tenant pattern is the throughline with The Sports Machine: build the engine once, let the network scale on domains.
